Service
Room Cherry provides browser-based meeting room displays that sync with Google Calendar resource calendars. By using roomcherry.com you agree to these terms.
Account & Google access
You sign in with Google and may connect Google Calendar. You must have authority to connect the Workspace calendars you use. You can disconnect Google access anytime from the dashboard.
Paid plans & trials
Free trial and paid pricing are shown on the site. Fees are billed per active room/resource as described at signup. Taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel billing through the customer portal when available.
Acceptable use
Don’t abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Room Cherry to violate Google’s or your organization’s policies. Tap-to-book creates Walk-up events on room calendars you connected — use it responsibly.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Displays depend on Google Calendar availability and your devices.
Intellectual property
Room Cherry branding and software remain ours. Your calendar data remains yours / your organization’s.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Room Cherry is provided as-is. We’re not liable for lost profits, data issues caused by Google or your setup, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
