What is a Google Calendar meeting room display?

Does Room Cherry need an App Store app?
No. Room Cherry runs in Safari. You open the room's display link (or type a pair code at roomcherry.com/go), then use full screen. There is nothing to install, no MDM package, and no device enrolment.
How do you pair an iPad?
In the Room Cherry dashboard, open a room and choose Set up iPad. You get a 6-character code that is valid for 10 minutes and can be used once. On the iPad, open roomcherry.com/go, type the code, and the display opens. You can also scan the room's QR code or paste its secret link.
Does it work with Google Workspace resource calendars?
Yes. Room Cherry is built around Google Workspace resource calendars. When you sign in with Google, it reads the calendars your account can see, detects which ones are rooms, and lets you confirm or correct that. Each room you turn on gets its own display link.
